4 CREDIT/FINANCE APPLICATIONS
4.1 Online credit/finance applications
A User may be able to submit an online application for finance through the website. Upon receipt of an online application, BOQ Finance will process the application and issue a response to the User through the website or by other electronic communication conditionally approving, requesting more information or rejecting the application.
All conditionally approved applications will be subject to BOQ Finance's standard credit terms and conditions as well as any other conditions communicated to the User.
4.2 Right to revoke conditional approval
BOQ Finance reserves the right to revoke any conditional approval in the event (i) the User fails to meet BOQ Finance’s credit terms and conditions as well as any other conditions communicated to the User or (ii) the BOQ Finance subsequently determines that the credit application is false or misleading.
5 SUBMISSIONS
Users are invited to submit comments regarding BOQ Finance's products or service, including the website. Any comments, suggestions, ideas, materials, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (Submissions), shall be deemed, and shall become and remain the property of BOQ Finance. Submissions shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on BOQ Finance's part, and BOQ Finance shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions.
